This list was voted on by fans, as well as the panel, so this is what some segment of America believes to be the “hottest” MC’s, for better or worse. Now, if this had been a list of the best MC’s based on skill alone, this would be far out of wack. But when you look into factors outside of music and skill set alone, you’d be hard pressed to get anyone to agree to a concrete list.
