In honor of their popular Gel-Lyte III, a featured style for edgy artist collaborations, Asics designed the worlds largest Lite-Brite displaying a pair of the Gel-Lyte III’s. The specially designed Lite-Brite was debuted at a special VIP event at Splashlight Studios in New York City back in October which at that time Asics received an official certificate from the Guinness Book of World Records.

The previous Guinness World Record for the Largest Lite-Brite Picture measured 4 ft. 9.25 in. by 9 ft. 9.5 in. and was constructed with 124,418 pegs. The unit which Asics designed is illuminated over an 11 ft. by 15 ft canvas and has more than 300,000 original-sized pegs putting the old record to shame.
