TCH Platinum, we collaborates with some of the world's best companies to help them stand out from their competitors. They specialize in developing ideas to help brands move into the new, niche Cool Age niche.
They also develop ideas to take TCH into the offline space, starting with TreeLife and now their Pop-Up skate park.
This innovative concept sees art, design and extreme sports collide creatively in an awe-inspiring, customized skate park entirely unique in the skating world. Using pop-culture icons and the latest trends, the Pop-Up Skate Park by TCH creates ultra-cool skating environments, designed to garner the ultimate media exposure through their incredible appeal and popularity.
Currently, they are creating two Pop-Up Skate Park themes – Transformers and Space Invaders — both ideal promotional media for high-energy brands that want to attract serious attention.
For Transformers Skate Park, we commissioned Christiann Klaassen and his amazing team from Rockhunter in London to visualize the recreational and promotional space where design, technology and skate culture meet with a cool Skate Park.

Unfortunately the Erykah Badu x The Roots MJ tribute we mentioned on Friday was mostly in the form of bumpers and commercial break performances during Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. If we find video of it we'll be sure to pass it along. However, while at NBC's 30 Rock Studios before the show started they snuck in these two recordings. ?uesto tweeted these audio links for their cover of The Jackson 5's "I Wanna Be Where You Are" and

thee how i got ova
"Out here in these streets..." we've been waiting patiently to hear that new Roots sound, and last night we got it, with a bang, on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, where ?uesto, Black Thought and crew debuted "How I Got Over," the first single and title track off their upcoming new ablum (How I Got Over, 10/20 on Def Jam). Watch the full performance here, featuring Dice Raw, a full brass section, Kamal and Poyser on keys, and Black Thought... singing! (And rapping, of course.) BT brings that Bobby Womack. We hear from the higher-ups that the song will be available for us all next week. You can also look forward to a video (supposedly dropping in July), and, DJs get ready, an exclusive 12 inch with "How I Got Over" on the A side, and a collectable "art sketch" on the B side.

They've been talking about it for a minute, but Pac Div's Church League Champions Blendtape should be coming soon. The tape will lead in to their debut LP, Grown Kids Syndrome, scheduled to drop later this year. All the hold ups are more than likely due to Pac Div's electoral campaign, as their new video "The Mayor" shows. Turn the bass all the way up for this one.

thee master of the universe
Taking place at the Double Punch Gallery, “I Have the Power” recently premiered last week as a tribute to one of the most iconic cartoon shows of all-time He-Man. Artists had the task of taking the Masters of the Universe and re-appropriating it under their own contexts which effectively created some stunning and relatable works of art. The show runs until July 19th with the artwork for sale.

thee star wars saga continues...
Remember ol’Star Face, the innocent damsel who asked for 3 star tattoos on her face…then fell asleep, awaking with 56 stars across her head? The one who look like she got a money shot from Orion © Mo’ G? Remember her?
Yeah, she lied.
“…The 18-year-old has finally confessed she did not fall asleep, that she wanted all the stars and was ‘fully aware’ of what Mr Toumaniantz was doing.
Ms Vlaminck told a Dutch TV crew: ‘I asked for 56 stars and initially adored them. But when my father saw them, he was furious. So I said I fell asleep and the that the tattooist made a mistake.’”
thee most important movie?
Jim Cameron screened 24 minutes of footage from Avatar at the Cinema Expo in Amsterdam last night, moistening fanboy panties the world over. THR reports the budget at $300 million, which would make it the most expensive film ever. Though earlier this year, Time Magazine reported the budget as “in excess of $300 million” only to later recant and say they meant “in excess of $200 million.” Hard to say whether THR was basing their numbers on the incorrect Time report or whether they have figures of their own. Anyway, /Film collected some reactions to the footage reported anonymously to other websites (yes, we went there. welcome to the internet). Set phasers to “breathless”:
“The Insider” files his (1,000+ word) report on ComingSoon: “3-D until now has been used as a gimmick. I’m still feeling the after effects of this jaw-dropping experience… These creatures seem so real, that within minutes you forget you’re watching an enormous and very blue CGI character. Even the eyes are totally convincing. The characters have real personalities and a soul.”
“Anonymous” over on IESB: “If it’s anything like the scenes I saw, it’s going to be one of the best movies of the decade.”
GJKooijman on Twitter: “is mindblown” “Avatar will change movie industry forever.” … “It’s nothing you can imagine, it’s real. Cameron made a new planet and took a cam there.” … “THIS WILL CHANGE MOVIES FOREVER. Trust me, it will.”
UCSNord: “Cameron told audience each frame of finished film takes 30-50 hrs to render, then double that up for 3D.” [Hmm... Let's say the film is 100 minutes long (and it's longer than that) - that's 6,000 seconds. Multiplied by 24 frames per second, that's 144,000 frames. Times 100 hours per frame, that's 14.4 million hours of rendering. That means the film should be ready to go in almost 1,644 years. I wonder if it will still be considered science fiction then.]

Who knew car companies were bold enough to make the most expensive anything in the state of the economy around the globe? Well, looks like the first runner up to making luxurious world records in the midst of a recession is luxury automaker Spyker with their D8 Peking-to-Paris model.
“One of the very first models of the Spyker D8 Peking-to-Paris, the world’s most expensive SUV, is being offered for sale via global online luxury marketplace JamesList for about $300,000. Made by the Dutch supercar company, the Peking-to-Paris was originally styled the D12 and and featured a V12 engine in concept form, but will be fitted with a V8 for production.” - Luxist

Walt Disney Pictures has released the first promotional photos from Tim Burton’s 3D re-imagining of Alice in Wonderland. Above you can see the first official photos of Johnny Depp as a freakish-looking Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen (”Off With Their Heads”), and Anne Hathaway as The White Queen, looking very pale.
The film begins at a party where Alice, now 17, finds out that she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty high society types. She makes a run for it, and of course, ends up following a white rabbit down a hole, back to Wonderland — a place where she visited a decade prior. The White Rabbit is convinced that he has the right girl but Alice doesn’t remember her past visit to Wonderland. The creatures of Wonderland are ready to revolt and are hoping/waiting for Alice to help them, but will she? Can she?
